WE ARE LOOKING FOR

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Smart Tech Menu seeks to hire Regional Sales Managers across the country. The RSM will be responsible for managing a sales team that sells Smart Tech Menu’s products and services with a target audience of the restaurant and the hospitality industries and to ensure team reaches targeted sales goals and quotas.  


Key Responsibilities Include:

  

  • Report to the VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with business executives
  • Be an individual sales contributor and a team member providing direction and mentoring 
  • Leverage Smart Tech Menu's sales resources to maximize revenue growth and increase market share. 
  • Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities
  • Build consistent new revenue pipeline
  • Articulate the value of Smart Tech Menu’s License Technology Solutions
  • Manage accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support
  • Develop and execute an effective territory plan to drive sales revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Actively manage the progression of sales opportunities by leading the effort with internal resources and teaming with business partners
  • Commit to and deliver results based on assigned monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and pipeline data
  • Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment 


Skills And Qualifications: 

  

  • Preference for experience with 5+ years of field enterprise sales dealing with the Restaurant and Hospitality Industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development
  • Outstanding relationship building skills
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Business development, prospecting and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Flexible and Trainable
  • Leadership skills, ability to forecast, manage sales team expenses, and successfully close new Smart Tech Menu business
  • Bachelor of Science / Arts degree preferred

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The FSR will be responsible for using their skills to manage a territory to sell Smart Tech Menu’s products and services with a target audience of the restaurant and hospitality industries and to meet targeted sales goals and quotas.  


Key Responsibilities Include:
